i am currently taking quadtab against ptb left lobe, and a sufferer of diabetes2, i heard that being diabetic i am suceptible to suffer pneumonia which i recently already had but have been cured. i'd like to know if taking the pneumonia vaccine won't contradict with the medicine i take against ptb. thank u.

Its counterACT not contradict. There is no cure for diabetes, whoever told you you were CURED was an idiot.

Ask a doctor or pharmacist. I do know the pneumonia vaccine does not protect against all types of pneumonia. My pulmonologist does not recommend it for me, he says it offers very little protection. I have Cystic Fibrosis, asthma, arthritis and diabetes
