What I don't get is why he isn't going to be prosecuted. He was told to stay in Italy and not to get on any flights, yet he did. He and his wife even crossed over from Canada into the States as surreptiously as possible. I think the guy should be held accountable for the risks he's placed those other passengers in, and the fear he's caused. What a jerk!

TO THE ANSWER ABOVE ME...UNLESS HE SIGN A PAPER STATING THAT HE KNEW HE COULDN'T FLY HE SHOULD NOT BE PROSECUTED...AND FOR THE MEDIA TALKING ABOUT THEY DON'T KNOW HOW HE CROSSED IN FROM CANADA WHEN HIS PASSPORT WAS FLAGGED WHAT A JOKE.. I KNOW PEOPLE WHO WALK ACROSS THE BORDER EVERY DAY WITH OUT ANYTHING ......I TAKE IT YOU ARE A BELIEVER IN YOUR GOVERNMENT ........HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT THAT HE MIGHT BE TELLING THE TRUTH....ALL YOUR GOVERNMENT DOES IS LIE........................NEW AMERICAN PARTY ALL THEY WAY...AMERICA IS A JOKE AND SO IS YAHOO BECAUSE I KNOW I'M GOING TO GET A VIOLATION FOR MY OPINION ....FREEDOM OF SPEECH WHAT A JOKE..IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH YOUR GOV...THEY WILL ARREST YOU
