Swine flu. I only say this because tuberculosis does have a vaccination, swine flu only has medication that pauses it. But in the end, tuberculosis is worse than the swine flu. If it didn't have a vaccination then the world would probably be screwed.

both are very dangerous though since the chances of getting swine flu are so low at the moment tuberculosis is still more deadly however if you do get swine flu it could also cause you to get tuberculosis that is why swine flu is very deadly if you have had TB before then it is critical that you protect your self from getting swine flu you should do things like: -wash you clothes regularly -frequent hand washing -and if you do happen to get sick tell a doctor straight away and if it does turn out to be swine flu then early detection is key to getting rid of the bug
