I'm not sure, but if you think you have been exposed, get to the doctors right away! It's pretty serious as you can also be spreading TB to others. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the sooner you are treated the better off you will be. But again, go to the doctors!!
2 :
It can take from 2-3 days or a week. Most of the time when people are first infected with TB, the disease is so mild that they don't even know they have it. People with latent TB don't have symptoms unless the disease becomes active. Symptoms of active TB may include: A cough that brings up thick, cloudy, and sometimes bloody mucus from the lungs (called sputum) for more than 2 weeks. Tiredness and weight loss. Night sweats and a fever. A rapid heartbeat. Swelling in the neck (when lymph nodes in the neck are infected). Shortness of breath and chest pain (in rare cases

Is that the desiese AIDS is having a medicine for total cure. If not , Tuberculosis Bacilli, is it have ?
is T.B, having a medicine for totally cure. Even in for AIDS patients to cure the T.B part, the death cause of an AIDS patient is T.B.

Because a person has HIV does not mean that the person has T.B. I am sitting here with a person who has HIV but does not have T.B. .

Your question is hard to decipher but it sounds like you are asking if there is a cure for TB and AIDS. There is of course no cure yet for AIDS however there are medications which can slow the progression of the disease. TB can be treated with a combination of antibiotics. It is however more difficult to treat in an AIDS patient. TB can be very dangerous in an AIDS patient however it is not always the cause of death (there are many other infections that AIDS patients succumb to

And it made you feel sick, and did you stop taking it. I am thinking of stopping the treatment. It's been only a week and I feel horrible than I ever felt.

yes, i am currently 3rd month in treatment of tb and taking the 4 basic kinds of meds requred. the first 2 months were hell , fatigue, not much apptetite, and orange urine, this month, im feeling much better and know it is for a greater good. but if u stop taking it, the tb bacteria will morph into dormant tb which is much worse so u shouldnt stop taking it. just believe in it and it will work and you can go through it

In a TB test they inject a small amount of fluid in the second layer of skin on your arm.. No pee
2 :
If you are getting all your pre-employment labs done, it isn't out of the question for them to throw in blood work, but THC is typically a urinalysis (pee). If your employer is extremely strict, they can sample your hair and it will show THC until the part that was growing when you smoked grows out or falls out. Sounds like you may be getting tested for a job or school, most likely health related. If so, you need to grow up and pull your head out of your dime bag.
3 :
they dont look at your blood when testing for TB. its a shot in yhe inside of your arm and they wait a few days to see if there's a reaction to it. If it looks like its starting to swell and get red then you could have TB. So you have nothing to worry about unless you have to pee or they draw blood

I dont know about TB, but most people naturally get the fluid out of their lungs from pneumonia. I dont know of anyone who coughed it out, but the human body is made to withstand this kind of abuse and has ways to get the lungs cleared out. Hopefully a doctor can answer more specifically.
2 :
TB pneumonia is tricky. I hope he's in a hospital where they have some expertise on this type of illness. It's possible that they may need to remove part of a lung that has the tuberculosis in it, but that's hard to say since I have no idea where that infection is located. Drinking water will help if his lung is filled with mucus, but it's more likely pus - for which he needs to be on IV antibiotics. Plus...if he has active TB, he is infectious to anyone he spends time with. Make sure you and your family are tested and treated if the test is positive.
3 :
Pneumonia is a non-specific term denoting inflammation of the lung tissue (not the wall of tracheobronchial tree, that happens in brochitis. But many times they co-exist.), that may be due to virus, bacteria, fungus etc. So, tuberculosis (caused by a bacteria) can also produce pneumonia or the inflammation in the lung. Solidification (called hepatization) followed by liquefaction and coughing out of the fluid produced due to inflammation, are normal sequelae in the course of pneumonia. This results in complete recovery or part fibrosis. Hope I could make it clear. Good luck to your cousin! With modern antibiotics and other therapy I am 100% sure he will be OK. Edit- Infectivity. Not all cases are infectious as suggested by someone here. The infected part of lung, if in continuity with tracheobronchial tree or the respirastory passage, may spill bacteria in the respiratory passage. ONLY then the cases (called open tbc) are infectious and cease to be doing so soon after starting the antibiotic therapy. This is to assure the family members. Of course a proper hygiene must be followed. Anti-tbc antibiotics- Most are given orally. They are effective and well tolerated

Which is more serious; the swine flu or tuberculosis?

Swine flu can reactivate dormant tuberculosis, increasing the risk of death. If you have been infected with TB sometime in your past, it is CRITICAL that you practice excellent hygiene and take preventative measures (as described on the WHO and CDC sites).
4 :
TB
5 :
Swine flu. I only say this because tuberculosis does have a vaccination, swine flu only has medication that pauses it. But in the end, tuberculosis is worse than the swine flu. If it didn't have a vaccination then the world would probably be screwed.
6 :
TB. far more deadly but doesnt spread as fast
7 :
Tuberculosis, claims much more lives and is an actual threat because it is starting to resist antibiotics.
8 :
both are very dangerous though since the chances of getting swine flu are so low at the moment tuberculosis is still more deadly however if you do get swine flu it could also cause you to get tuberculosis that is why swine flu is very deadly if you have had TB before then it is critical that you protect your self from getting swine flu you should do things like: -wash you clothes regularly -frequent hand washing -and if you do happen to get sick tell a doctor straight away and if it does turn out to be swine flu then early detection is key to getting rid of the bug

Check with General hospital they will guide you

I understand your concern for your father. But treatment of tuberculosis does not require any hi fi treatment. What will be required now regular medicine, cleanliness and healthy environment and food. You should understand why tuberculosis patients suffers: Because once lung tissues are destroyed they can not regenerate unlike other cells for example skin cells
