in medical professions those are big ones to know because they are very serious illnesses that are carried by blood or other bodily fluids....Then you have contact precautions...gloves, masks etc to protect YOURSELF from the disease as well as the other patients.

C - cross infection might occur. But how about you do your own homework/coursework instead of asking for the answers on here? You're not going to learn anything this way
