a patient suffered from tuberculosis in his past is treated, but the patches still remain in his xray, so are there any chances that the patches go in the future?

Hard to answer. was the patient treated with steroids, surgery, or other ways.

As per rules of Medicine the TB patches you see in X rays will never go.These patches are nothin but the fibrosed part of the lung which is cured,its like scar on lung,there is no real danger from these patches as there no more TB there.

The lung patches are due to healing by fibrosis. So they are unlikely to ever disappear completely
