Tuberculosis is primarily a lung disease, but the tubercules can also develop in other places in the body, such as the bones and liver. It's very serious, and while it can often be cured with strong antibiotics, it still can kill people. Especially since there are more drug-resistant strains of TB around, fatalities are on the rise again. Even when the drugs are effective, a cure can take a very long time - up to a couple of years

Tuberculosis Science Homework

Tuberculosis Science Homework?
I have to do a research essay on tuberculosis and one of the questions that must be covered is Q). What natural barriers do cows have to stop them catching TB (Tuberculosis)? I can't seem to find any information on this on most sites, is it something to do with the fat cows have four stomachs? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
