You mean tuberculosis lymphadenitis, an inflammation of the lymph glands caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is a TB that is outside the lungs. TB is primarily a respiratory disease and is spread through droplet infection (sneezing, coughing). If you belive you have been exposed to an active case, you will need to see your doctor for a Mantoux test (sometimes called a PPD). It's a skin test using a purified protein derivative (PPD) with the results read 48-72 hours later.
