depends on if you have active TB or not. Most people infected with TB don't have active TB and the chance is very small that someone who is inactive with TB will become active with it. Basically, if you get active TB then you have severe respiratory problems and infections, severe flu-like symptoms with a nasty cough. If left untreated, the disease will basically kill your lungs.

Every time you have a TB test after having it your positive reaction is redder. In order to pass a TB test you have to have an x-ray instead of the usual test. You could get it again later in life. Statistics say latent TB untreated increases the chance of getting it again later.
