Some of the answers above are wrong !! TB is a lung disease. I can tell you with certainty that TB is being found here (occasionally) in South Korea.

TB is found throughout the entire world. Countries that have an increased number of cases are Mexico, Haiti, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, South Korea, and India. If you have been to any of these countries and then get a TB test in the US it counts as a risk factor for TB
